SketchUp Model

This image demonstrates my SketchUp skills to speed up the drawing task of establishing a perspective view.  The intent was to build a massing model, not a completely furnished model.

Progress Work

Perspective Linework

This image develops the linework on my chosen medium: Marker paper.  This is the final step before beginning to render the Perspective.

Draft of Rendered Floorplan

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment over the massing model.

Marker washes are applied to the drawing. Color, shading, and details are added with colored pencils and pens.
